At HealthTag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your HealthTag product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for unused and undamaged products returned in their original packaging. Digital services and activated tags are not eligible for refund once used or registered.
  • How to Request: To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@healthtag.cc with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
